AV Project Planning

  • Goal: Understand customer requirements and align them with the room’s layout and intended usage.
  • Actions:
    • Meet with the customer to discuss their needs (e.g., number of participants, type of conferences, integration with video systems).
    • Gather room dimensions, seating arrangements, and acoustic characteristics (e.g., reflective surfaces, soundproofing).
    • Collaborate closely with the interior designer to ensure that the audio system blends seamlessly with the room’s aesthetics and functional layout.

System Configuration

    • Set microphone sensitivity levels and ensure appropriate gain structure to avoid distortion.

    • Test the audio signal flow to ensure all components work seamlessly together.

System Installation 

  • Goal: Physically set up and fine-tune the system in the conference room.
  • Actions:
    • Install microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and other equipment as per the design layout.
    • Route cables neatly and securely, ensuring they are hidden wherever possible to maintain a clean look.
    • Conduct onsite testing to fine-tune the system based on the actual room conditions.
